Rooms I Trebbiali

The rooms are located in the Villa I Trebbiali, which is one of the houses of the Fattoria Montalbano.

It is a country villa of about 400 square metres, on two floors: the ground floor is for private use and therefore cannot be used, on the upper floor there are six rooms, all carefully furnished in rustic Tuscan style.

Each room has a bathroom inside and is equipped with television, wi-fi and fan.

The rooms are:

Edera: double bedroom with bathroom with tub.

Margherita: double bedroom, bathroom with shower.

Giglio and Geranio: two adjoining and communicating double rooms sharing a bathroom with shower.

Gelsomino and Girasole: two adjoining and communicating double rooms (one of the rooms also has a single bed, so a total of 5 people), these 2 rooms share a bathroom with shower.

Breakfast is extra and available on request and is served in the main building of the Fattoria near the reception and about 300 metres from the rooms.

Included in the price of the rooms you have the use of a common area, a renovated and fully windowed former barn, in the green garden next to the swimming pool. Here you can prepare light cold meals or snacks or a coffee or tea. You’ll find plates, cutlery and some kitchen utensils, a microwave oven, a large refrigerator to share with guests of the other rooms, one small hot plate and a kettle. The space is furnished with tables and chairs both for eating inside and outside in the large garden.
